The name on the User's registered Account must exactly match the name on the payment account or wallet to which the withdrawal is directed. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.
The Operator reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request where: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms; (b) the Account is under review; or (c) required verification documents have not been submitted.

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Any bets on matches that are abandoned, forfeited or incomplete may be voided in accordance with the sport-specific rules displayed in the relevant market.
Live (in-play) bets are accepted in real time and are subject to the prevailing odds at the moment of acceptance by the system. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number is issued. The Operator does not guarantee continuous availability of live markets.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) the User has provided false information; (c) regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require it; or (d) the Operator considers it necessary for the integrity of the Platform.
A User may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Pending verification of any open bets and compliance with these Terms, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to the User's verified payment method subject to applicable withdrawal terms.
Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and governing law — shall continue to bind the parties after Account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed. The Operator does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction in which the User is located. Users are responsible for their own legal compliance.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal complaints process may be referred to an alternative dispute resolution body as specified by the Operator's applicable license, where such a mechanism exists.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any change, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
